This Scott 25 hp steam engine was purchased in 1912. The steam engine provided power to operate a threshing machine using straw for fuel and requiring 600 gallons of water. The machine kept 21 men working during the harvest season from September to December. From 1929 to 1955, the steam engine was used around the Hubbard area. It presently overlooks the main street in Ituna, SK.
